InstaReply operates the technology platform, billing, compliance, and support; ChatAgent and AskNaya are the product brands built on that platform.

InstaReply (the company): Parent platform, merchant of record (or through authorized MoR), legal and compliance owner.

ChatAgent (product brand): Multilingual customer service AI initially designed for Hospitality & Leisure, now expanding to other sectors.

AskNaya (product brand): Companion brand utilizing the same core platform for a wider range of AI messaging applications.
